Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for you to complete our Guest Pre-Treatment/ Consultation Forms and to relax prior to your service. You may also bring your current skin care & cosmetics regimen with you to the appointment so the Esthetician could look at all products and ingredients to determine the best possible treatment plan for your skin care goals and concerns.
To ensure all guests of Beautiful You Skincare Studio begin their treatment on time and receive the best Studio experience we request that you notify us if you will be unable to make your appointment. To cancel or re-book your appointment we request 24 hours notice for any single service, with a minimum requirement of 6 hours notice, and 48 hours notice for any multiple service booking or packaged services taking up 1 or more hours or more of time. Any online cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A credit card reservation is required for all multiple service bookings. A 50% charge of the service may be applied to payment on file for less than 6 hours notice, and one time 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) will be applied to payment on file for the first NO CALL, NO SHOW appointment. Subsequent NO CALL ,NOW SHOW will be subject to 100% charge of scheduled service(s). In the event that a client has a history of repeat cancellations and/or no shows he or she may be asked to prepay for all future services.
Guest Consultation Forms
As a new guest you will be asked to arrive 15min prior to your appointment to time fill out our guest forms. These Guest Consultation Forms allow us to safeguard your heath, well-being and comfort, and continuously allow us to safely deliver our services by minimizing any risk of injury. Please feel free to ask or obtain further details on why the conditions and questions included on the Consultation Forms are relevant to the services we provide. Beautiful You assures and maintains confidentiality of the strictest standards. For any future visits you will be asked to notify your Esthetician of any changes in health history and will be asked to consent to each treatment at time of visit.
Beautiful You Skincare Studio strives to provide the highest quality of services at competitive pricing. Annually we may reevaluate our pricing structure to continue to provide our customers with the best skincare experience in town. Our prices our non-negotiable. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or raise our prices on any product or service without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions about pricing, please ask your Concierge/Guest Service Representative when you book your appointment.
Tipping is accepted by all service providers, and is left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise. Tips are accepted in the form of cash, check or credit card.
Method of Payment
We accept Cash, Beautiful You gift cards/certificates, Visa, Mastercard & Discover, SpaFinder, Spa Week & SpaWish gift cards, and local personal checks with a valid ID.
American Express cards and Visa/Mastercard gift cards are not accepted, out of state checks are not accepted.
A Beautiful You gift card/certificate makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion, holiday or cause for celebration. Gift certificates are not refundable, not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. We currently accept all forms of SpaFinder, SpaWish, and SpaWeek gift cards, and certificates.
All in store and online product sales purchases are final. No Refunds and/or exchanges on Skincare or Cosmetics lines, or any boutique retail items.
For Your Comfort
We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant.
Please feel free to request a specific Esthetician. Our Estheticians are highly trained to be sensitive to your comfort and modesty at all times. For the protection of your clothing, we will ask that you wear the spa wrap that is provided for that specific service.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. If valuables are brought please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.

To secure your appointment, we may request a credit card or gift certificate number to be placed on file, however you can pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card or gift certificate.
