Appointments

Our systems provides our customers will multiple options for appointment confirmations to ensure you will not forget your appointment. You will receive a text upon booking, and then another text confirmation 48 hrs before your appointment. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for you to check in and address and questions or concerns you may prior to your service. You may also bring your current skin care & cosmetics regimen with you to the appointment so the Esthetician could look at all products and ingredients to determine the best possible treatment plan for your skin care goals and concerns.

Late Arrivals

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff & students, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or their service time may be cut short because of the late arrival. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment.

Late Cancellations

To ensure all guests of Beautiful You Skincare Studio/Academy begin their treatments on time and receive the best customer experience we request that you notify us if you will be unable to make your appointment. To cancel or re-book your appointment we request 24 hours notice for any single service, with a minimum requirement of 4 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. We require 48 hours notice for any multiple service(s) booking or packaged services taking up 2 or more hours of time. Any online cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A credit card reservation is required for all multiple service bookings. A $10 cancellation fee will be charged to the payment on file or applied to your next service for cancellations less than 4 hours notice.

NO-SHOWS

In the case when you NO CALL, NO SHOW your appointment, you will be imposed with a 100% NO-SHOW fee. You will be subject to the 100% charge for the NO SHOW fee to the payment/credit card on file for all scheduled service(s). In the event that you do not have a card on file you will be asked to prepay for your service if you would like to rebook. Any client who has a history of repeat no shows on file (3 or more) he or she will be required to prepay for all future services in advance or he or she may be dismissed from the business. We understand things come up, give us a call if you are not able to make your appointment so we have the opportunity to fill that slot.

Digital waivers/Guest Consultation Forms

As a new guest you will be asked for an email so that you will have the ability to fill out all of our consultation questionnaires and treatment consent forms associated with your chosen service(s) prior to your appointment. These digital forms will be sent through a digital secured link that is unique to your profile via email and/or text with your booking confirmation. These Guest Consultation Forms allow us to safeguard your heath, well-being and comfort, and continuously allow us to safely deliver our services by minimizing any risk of injury. Please feel free to ask or obtain further details on why the conditions and questions included on the consultation forms are relevant to the services we provide. Beautiful You assures and maintains confidentiality of the strictest standards. For any future visits you will be asked to notify your Esthetician of any changes in health/skin history and will be asked to consent to update any of these changes to your client profile.

Pricing

Beautiful You Skincare Studio strives to provide the highest quality of services at competitive pricing. Annually we may reevaluate our pricing structure to continue to provide our customers with the best skincare experience in town. Our prices our non-negotiable. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or raise our prices on any product or service without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions about pricing, please ask your Concierge/Guest Service Representative when you book your appointment.

Gratuities

Tipping is accepted by all service providers, and is highly encourage, yet left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise. Tips are accepted in the form of cash that would be given by you directly to your service provider. You may also tip your provider by using our 3rd party Tippy gratuity system, where you will be able to use a credit card to apply a tip that is sent directly to your service provider and is deposited directly into their bank account the next day. Our service providers appreciates tips and this is a great way to show them you were pleased with the service. Typically gratuity for the spa industry is 20-25%.

Gift Cards/Certificates

A Beautiful You gift card/certificate makes a wonderful gift for any special occasion, holiday or cause for celebration. Gift certificates are not refundable, not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

Products

All in store and online product purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of safety, sanitation and contamination concerns there will be No Refunds and/or exchanges on our Skincare, Body or Cosmetics lines.

For Your Comfort

  • We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated.  Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant.

  • Please feel free to request a specific Esthetician. Our Estheticians are highly trained to be sensitive to your comfort and modesty at all times. For the protection of your clothing, we will ask that you wear the spa wrap that is provided for that specific service.

  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home. If valuables are brought please keep all valuables with you during your appointments.

  • Select services are not available for online booking, please contact studio location for booking.  To secure your appointment, we may request a credit card or gift certificate number to be placed on file, however you can pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card or gift certificate. Important Information Regarding Online Booking

  • Never attempt to book an appointment for yourself with someone else's information.

  • Make sure to review our policies and procedures prior to booking online

  • Review the service choices & pricing on our website first, so that you understand the service you are requesting is the service that you want. This will allow for proper time allotments for services on our daily schedule.
