Meet Desarae!

A little bit about her....Desarae was born and raised in Pueblo, CO. She is the happy Wife of 20 years to John Marhofer & the proud Mother to her 4 beautiful children, Miranda, Myles, Mia & Maxton.

Desarae has been a licensed Esthetician since November 2005. In 2009 Desarae opened up Pueblo's very first Skincare Studio- known today as Beautiful You Skincare Studio.

Desarae has aslo been a true pioneer in helping to grow and professionally develop Colorado Estheticians across the industry. Creating Esthetician Entrepreneurs is one of the many successes that she is proud of.

In 2019 Desarae also became the proud Owner, & Director of Southern Colorado's very first "ESTHETICS ONLY' Skincare Academy, BEAUTIFUL YOU SKINCARE ACADEMY (approved by the Colorado Department of Education, and the Higher Division of Private Occupational Schools). She is passionately commited to directly impacting and elevating the standards of esthetics education in her local community, and throughout the entire state of Colorado, raising the standards across the beauty industry as a whole. As of 2022 Desarae has also recently expanded her mission of "Empowering Entrepreneurial Estheticians"and opened her second school campus in Littlton, Co with future locations coming in the near future.

Meet Steve!

Steve is new to the Pueblo community. He has lived here for the last few years and has developed a love for the tight knit culture, the small business community and all things that make Pueblo so amazing & unique. Steve has an extensive background in customer service, management and marketing, he brings tremendous value to our organization, staff, students and guests.

Steve truly enjoys meeting new people, problem solving, providing outstanding customer service, and he has also enjoyed getting to learn more about the importance of self care for men, women, and children!

Steve is here to assist you in exploring the path to becoming an esthetician. He serves as our enrollment coordinator for BYSA and he is also here for our clients to respond to any feedback or concerns regarding your experience, please do not hestitate to reach out to Steve if you have questions. Meet Miranda! Miranda is the oldest Daughter of our owners, Desarae & John Marhofer. Miranda has joined our beauty team permanently as one of our skilled Licensed Estheticians and Esthetics Instructors.

Miranda was personally trained in our Skincare Academy by her Mother and Owner Desarae in 2019, so she has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of skincare and the beauty business. Miranda is confident in her role as an esthetician. She is an energectic, friendly and bubbly soul, and she has a great sense of business and customer service and the esthetics/beauty industry as a whole.

Miranda holds state certifications in brazilian waxing, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, & lash lifting and tinting. Her specialties include Hydrafacials, microneedling and brazilian waxing. Whether Miranda is serving her clients in the treatment room or her students in the classroom, you will love getting to know her!

Victoria is a 2022 graduate of Beautiful You Skincare Academy and she is very excited to be starting her Esthetics journey with us at Beautiful You! Victoria has always been interested in self care and wanted to find a way to be able to empower others with it as well.

Victoria has had the pleasure of working as one of our front desk coordinators. She has excellent customer service skills and will be helping us with reception while she trasitions into the treatment room.

Victoria specializes in skincare treatments such as Custom Facials, Back Facial and Teen Facials. When Victoria is not taking care of clients she is spending her free time with her two children.
